Our homes
Every house carries its neighbourhood.
We choose our locations deliberately — neighbourhoods with character, with life on the street, with the kind of ordinariness that makes a place feel real. Each Camino House is different. Each has a social club at its heart.

What we believe
Three foundations of a Camino House
Camino House No. 1
Open
Joo Chiat
Joo Chiat is one of Singapore's most layered neighbourhoods — Peranakan shophouses, old coffee shops, a working residential street where generations have lived side by side. It is the right place for a Camino House.
Our Joo Chiat home is where Camino House began, and where Joo Chiat Social Club was born. The social club is woven into the fabric of the house — residents share the space with the neighbourhood as a matter of daily life, not programme.

Camino House No. 2
Opening 2026
Serangoon Gardens
Serangoon Gardens is a quiet, residential neighbourhood with a village character — tree-lined streets, a morning market, the kind of pace that belongs to somewhere unhurried. It suits what a Camino House is meant to be.
Our second home brings the intergenerational homestay model — a house shared by residents and the wider community, with a social club at its centre. We are preparing to receive our first residents in 2026.

Spaces
Not a facility.
A household.
The spaces at Camino House are designed to feel lived-in — not clinical, not hotel-like. Simple materials, natural light, things that can be touched and used.

Private rooms
Each room is a resident's own. We encourage families to bring familiar things from the first day.

The dining room
The largest shared space. Meals, conversations, morning light. The centre of daily life.

The social club
Comfortable, flexible, open to the street. Where the house meets the neighbourhood.
What every Camino House has
The same at every door
A community

Joo Chiat Social Club, integrated into the daily life of our Joo Chiat home. Open to the neighbourhood.
24-hour care

Nursing oversight, trained care staff, and someone always present through the night.
In-house meals

Three meals daily, cooked on-site. Shaped by residents' preferences and dietary needs.
Before you decide
Come and
see a home first
There is no obligation, no sales process. We invite you to spend time in one of our homes — share a meal, meet the residents and staff, feel the pace of the place.

A growing vision
More homes, in time.
We are building Camino House carefully — one home at a time, each one done well before we begin the next. If you have a location, a property, or a community in mind, we would like to hear from you.
